This variety pack contains a great range of domestic & exotic wood species. They are typically 5" x 3/4" x 3/4", +/- 1/8". Quality may vary and a few may have a minor bow or rough corner edge, but these are all usable for pens. Pen blanks are not labeled by species to keep your cost low. Blanks measure 3/4" but may vary by approximately 1/8" +/-. These pen blanks are good quality, dry and ready to turn into beautiful pens!
This specially selected Poplar has a wide array of colors ranging from purple, metallic blue (similar to blue mahoe) and green to yellow, and brown. We've never seen anything like it! Kiln dried and surfaced on two sides, virtually all of the wood is free of defects. Poplar cuts, machines and glues easily.
