These are the largest Box Elder slabs we have cut in 20 years! A range of creamy orange and vanilla colors mix with pink and raspberry red streaks, truly setting this wood apart. There are burl eyes, curly grain, live edges, checks, and incursions present. This material is vacuum kiln dried and surfaced on two sides. It will make exceptional woodworking projects! There are checks, incursions, splits, and live edges present. Great for coffee table and other woodworking projects! Kiln dried and ready to use.

Most defects have been cut away, but there may be an occasional bark inclusion or surface checks present. Freshly cut in May 2022, this turning stock contains residual moisture. It has been completely wax sealed. Woodturners will love turning this easy to work wood.
