This gun stock material was cut in 2014 and has been dried to perfection over 7 years. There are amazing colors and figure present. Blanks are generally surfaced on all sides. A few blanks have imperfections that are pictured. These gun blanks are ideal for high end rifles and shotguns. This piece has a template for an M17.
This outstanding Claro Walnut lumber has a range of great color and/or figure; each piece is completely unique. Some boards may have a slight 1/16” to 1/8” bow or cup but most are perfectly flat. A minor surface or end check may be present. The wood has been kiln dried, surfaced on two sides, and is ready for use.
