This flitch includes 14 sheets total. It has beautiful cream colors with lots of burl! Sizes listed have taken into account any end/edge checks that may be present. May not be perfectly flat due to the nature of figured veneer. There are some 8" splits and bark incursion.
This Madrone burl lumber has beautiful pinkish-red or a lighter tannish-pink color. It has been vacuum kiln dried which preserves the freshly milled colors in the dry wood. It has been surfaced on two sides. Inclusions or small checks are often present in burl. Amazing colors make this is an exceptional choice for your woodworking projects! With this piece you must be able to work with 1" checks on numberd face mostly in center and other small checks and voids in burl eyes. Please see pictures for details.
