INCLUDES 1 WOOD BLANK (several blanks are shown to indicate the range of color/grain to expect). Black Cottonwood has nice pale yellow to light brown colors. A minor check or rough corner edge may be present. This stock is freshly cut, completely wax sealed, and contain residual moisture. It turns easily and dries well with very little degrade during the twice turning process.
This Black Cottonwood has nice colors and patterns with areas of figure. It was freshly cut in July of 2022, completely wax sealed, and contains residual moisture. This was cut from the figured areas of crotchwood logs. It will make a lovely woodturning projects. Twice turning is required, but the wood dries quickly with little degrade. Cottonwood is easy to turn and sand.
